FUNNY ROCKS Gabe, Josh and Kelly quickly found lines to crawl up that caused a little trouble last trip due to water, but were a cake walk this time. |
|
The dry rock is like sandpaper!
"Whatcha guys lookin' at?" |
|
Ahhh. Josh riding a crack in his sick buggy!
Gabe in his Renegabe cluster of parts, coming down to try a difficult line.
Got IROKS? BEADLOCKS?
THANK THE LORD FOR ROLL CAGES! |
|
Here he goes again... | |
Ya know, the pictures don't do it justice at all. Either that, or I am so tainted from being around these guys that every obstacle is easy unless it is vertical or too narrow to fit.
Since every other line was easy in the dry weather, why not try the nasty, body damaging, tire eating, rig rolling line.
I mean really, why not? |
|
Holly tried it too. I believe George was the only one to walk through this with no problem. Those 42'' swampers combined with his wheelbase allowed him to make it up without much problem. |
|
Kelly getting tippy!
Will seems relaxed... |
|
A good picture of George driving his newly operational buggy. This little bugger works great!
I am going to have to do a little research on this one, or someone else can, but did someone die? Or did they just ask to have their remains put here?
This was risky enough that Josh had his helmet on. We thought for sure we were going to see him roll it over!
Everyone took turns trying different lines and attempting to defeat gravity. |
|
Here is George trying again since the first try was so easy!
Tipped enough here I think he lost a little fluid!
Rich driving the crazy line WITH GEORGE'S rig and HIS permission. "I ASKED 3 TIMES! And he told me to do it." |
|
We like this shot. Because we got to laugh about seeing Josh 's....
Feet on the pedals. |
|
Here Josh is giving a Forest Service Enforcement Officer a ride. I think she had permagrin going with fear. (I would have too, riding for the first time) |
|
Here we are at..... MOON ROCKS
You are looking through a newly shattered windshield. I knew the damage was going to be big. |
