HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOB RUN!

Nice strap. John even had a hidden mounting point just for the occasion.
Here is John! Welcome to INWAdventures! Hopefully we will catch your rig in action on future trips!
Bob threw on some chains and got up until here. Last time I went in and asked about chains for 35" tires... I got laughed at.
Luke used some chains from BOB to make it up this far.
Proof I am helping with the winching process. Trying to get the snatch block on.
OK, so I was trying to make light of the situation! BUT it was fun to walk/repel down the hill with both hands free!
Apparently his tow points that he put on work well enough...
The most important part of this picture is not the fact that Rich is working on respooling the winch. It is the fact that he is wearing RUNNING shoes in over a foot of snow.

This is our first break. The sad part is, we are less than 300 feet from the trail head! And a couple hours wasted!*

*OK, not wasted.. used!

This is what happens when you stop in a trail and have to back up... You don't get to choose where!
It amazes me how many places you can go and how easy things are until you throw a little bit of snow on the ground!
This is by far one of my favorite pictures of the day. Bob is STUCK while facing downhill. It is sooo slick that he can't go FORWARD or BACKWARDS! EVEN facing downhill!
